Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. Sign up for a trial now, and choose a plan when you're ready to upgrade. You have 30 days to enjoy the free trial.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for the free trial?
No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a free trial account. You will need it when you're ready to upgrade your plan.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Upgrade to a plan If not, there's no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes inactive, but your data remains intact for up to 90 days in case you decide to upgrade your plan another time.
How does your pricing compare with other comparable solutions?
Alternative comparable solutions are more expensive and charge based on the number of users and computers. All Securus paid plans include unlimited users and computers and mobile devices.
Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?
Yes. We're happy to work with resellers, ISPs, large companies and departments on volume pricing. Please contact us at sales@securusvault.com for more details.
